Jägerhof

The Jägerhof is located on the Neustadt side of the Elbe, and can be reached from the Dresden Royal Palace, the Semper Opera House and the Royal Chapel by way of a bridge. Following an eventful history, it has served as home to the Saxon Folk Art Museum since 1913. For the permanent as well as the temporary exhibitions of Saxon craftwork and regional traditions, the rooms of this four-hundred-year-old building provide a charming setting.
The Jägerhof now houses the Saxon Folk Art Museum with Puppet Theatre Collection.
